Pricing & Booking
How much do professional Christmas lights cost?
Pricing depends on your home's size and roofline complexity. Most single-story homes with a clean roofline run $800–$1,200. Mid-size family homes with a few decorative items (wreaths, trees, ground lights) typically land between $1,200–$2,000, and larger two-story or estate homes with more elaborate designs run $2,000–$4,000. When should I book my installation?
We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally by early fall — for a December install. Capacity is limited each season, and earlier bookings get priority scheduling and their pick of install dates.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is due at booking to reserve your install date, and it's non-refundable. The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of installation.
Can I cancel my booking?
All bookings are final. Because lights are custom measured and cut for your home, the deposit and total price are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we'll work with you to find a new install date within the season.
Design & Installation
Do you provide the lights, or do I need to buy my own?
All lights are provided by us and leased to you for the season, so there's nothing to buy or store. They're premium, commercial-grade LEDs, so you always get fresh product.
Can you install lights I already own?
In most cases, yes. If your existing lights, clips, and timers are in good working condition, we're happy to install them for you. If they're worn, tangled, or missing hardware, we'll flag it during your free consultation and can supply fresh, commercial-grade replacements instead.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installs are completed in a single day — morning through afternoon, start to finish. Larger, multi-story homes with more elaborate designs occasionally extend to a second day. Your exact timeline is confirmed during your free design consultation.
Will you drill into my roof or gutters?
No. We use clips and hooks designed to grip your gutters, shingles, and trim, so nothing is ever drilled, nailed, or screwed into your roof or gutters. When the season ends, there's no damage and no residue left behind.
Maintenance, Takedown & Storage
What happens if a strand goes out during the season?
If any lights stop working during the season, we'll fix them free, usually within 48 hours, weather permitting.
When do you take the lights down?
We handle takedown in January, weather permitting. You don't need to be home — we remove every strand, clip, and timer so nothing is left behind.
Do you store the lights for me afterward?
Yes. After the season we handle takedown and store everything at our facility, ready to reinstall in the same design next year. All lights are provided by us and leased to you for the season, so there's nothing to buy or store.
